Electronic Billing Information Delivery Service (EBIDS)

NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association is conducting a pilot program to test the technical and economic conditions for using the ACH Network as a bill information delivery and payment remittance option for business-to-consumer (B2C) Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP). In the pilot, companies will deliver billing information and receive payments from consumer customers electronically using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network.

The pilot is being sponsored by NACHA's Council for Electronic Billing and Payment (CEBP), which has issued a Call for Participants to its membership to fulfill specified roles in the pilot (e.g., Billers, Biller Service Providers, Bill Consolidators, Originating/Receiving Financial Institutions).
