The fall Council for Electronic Billing and Payment Meeting will be held September 16-17, 2008 at the W Dallas-Victory Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

ACCOMODATIONS

NACHA has secured a room block at the W Dallas-Victory in Dallas, TX.  Please call the hotel at 1-877-WHOTELS (group name NACHA) and ask for the CEBP Meeting room block to obtain our group rate of $209 single/double.  The cut-off date is August 29, 2008.  Although NACHA is holding a block of rooms, this is not a guarantee of availability through the cutoff date.  Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please make your reservations early.  A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.  These deposits are only refundable if notice is received at least 24 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.  Please remember you are responsible for making your own travel and hotel arrangements.
